Flexible: full refund up to 7 days before check-in.
What's the latest check-in time?
10pm. After that we leave the keypad active and our concierge stays reachable until midnight.
Are linens included?
Always. Plus we restock toiletries and a starter pantry before every stay.
Is there parking on site?
Two covered spots and an additional pad for a third vehicle.

The west bedroom — it's set back from the road and the windows are double-pane.
